These Terms govern your use of the Concilai platform. By using Concilai you agree to them.
To use Concilai you must create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree not to use Concilai to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone, or to generate content that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put customer data or the wider platform at risk.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Concilai. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service. See our DPA for our processing commitments.
Paid plans renew annually unless cancelled with 30 days' notice before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can stop using Concilai at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. On termination, we'll export your data within 30 days on request.
Concilai is provided "as is". We don't warrant that the AI feedback is error-free. Use it as a coaching aid, not a substitute for human judgment in high-stakes decisions.
If we materially change these Terms, we'll let you know by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
